Isolation specialist

Isolation is part of the cold cutting isolation/testing system from Carber Testing Services Europe. We work with modern technology to ensure safety of both the staff and the machines. Our isolation tool ensures that your project can be completed more efficiently compared to traditional methods. Our isolation tool is used, among other things, to install welding plugs. When isolating Carber T.S.E. will always send an experienced and qualified technician to minimize security risks.

Special isolation tool

Because we work with a special isolation tool, certain tasks and preparations will no longer be necessary. No scaffolding is required and not even cleaning is necessary in some cases. As a result, the cost of isolation significantly reduced and the job is done faster. Our isolation tool is so safe that the pipes do not need to be made completely gasfree. We always use the isolation tool for our work.

Our isolation tool creates a seal on three points. Once the seals are placed, they are checked by the present Carber T.S.E. technician. Safety first

Safety in all our work, is very important to us. Our technicians will constantly monitor the status of hazardous gasses. When a dangerous situation can occur, the isolation is stopped immediately until the problem is resolved. Our isolation tool has a special feature that  discharges (hazardous) fumes are safely upstream. Ant hazardous vapors are kept at least 15 meters from the hot work.

We at Carber T.S.E. have extensive experience with isolation. We work with the most secure technology and have used the isolation tool numerous times used in production facilities. In addition to a high degree of safety, the isolation tool also provides a reduction in the cost and downtime of isolation.
